Qualifying and Coverage

Yes. We build a starter product mix based on your venue type (office, gym, school, etc.) and then adjust it based on what's actually selling. You can request additions, removals and substitutions at any time.
When Things Need a Human
QS Vending handles everything. You never touch it. We monitor stock telemetry in real time and attend on a schedule (usually weekly or fortnightly depending on usage).
Call or email us. We attend on-site same day or next business day at zero cost. Parts, labour and callouts are all included.
Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm AEST. After-hours support is available for large contract venues (hospitals, 24/7 warehouses).
